Mission

Founded in 2005, You Can Make It Home Ownership Center (YCMIHOC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, empowering Middle Tennessee residents to achieve their goals of financial well-being and home ownership.

This is accomplished through certified education and counseling programs that guide low to moderate income participants in increasing their financial literacy, establishing self-sufficiency, and understanding the processes leading to home ownership. By educating participants to cultivate a new mindset towards finances and home ownership, YCMIHOC undoubtedly contributes to the future of local economic stability and community vitality.
